Christen has 20+ years of experience as a massage therapist, and she is now offering travel massage in the Southern Florida area for moms to be and postpartum care.
Combining her knowledge and wisdom of massage and doula work, Christen delivers a massage that will be personalized and focused to heal the mind, body and soul for the prenatal time, preparing for birth, and postpartum healing time.

ENERGETIC TUNING FORK SESSIONS
Christen offers remote sessions with Tuning Forks. Sound work operated in the energetic field, so distance is possible.
This modality is a gentle, non-invasive approach to restoring many different energetic patterns that are causing discomfort or disruption in harmony. Designed to reduce tension, clearing out blocks for the hopes of better emotional balance, mental clarity, decrease discomfort, and spiritual alignment.
CONSCIOUS CONCEPTION CONSULT
Christen’s own personal journey with Motherhood has lead to the wisdom of what the period of preconception can hold for anyone that wants to listen. Wisdom that shows us how to navigate beyond the veil, bringing forth a deep remembrance of the mystery and of our truest self.
These sessions are for anyone wanting to conceive, from just starting the journey or struggling to conceive, or wanting help processing a loss, we will explore ways to bring clarity and healing.
Christen has self-invested in numerous Spirit Baby Readings, and through those experiences she has learned just how deeply the threshold into Motherhood is, and how the past and present web can be needing some tending to in order to make space for the Mother you were meant to be. Birth is a physical, emotional and spiritual guide, and for some, the ask is much greater than we anticipated but can be deep healing and alchemical.
Alchemical meaning for Christen is to help soften old memories and patterns and to transform what is painful and a deep sadness into what is possible and a new way of being.
FLOWER ESSENCE THERAPY
Christen first learned about flower essences in 2020, and quickly became intrigued by their magic. She then participated and completed the Woman Rising Flower Essence Practitioner Certification Program.
A flower essence remedy is produced by a specific method, but simply put, the flower of choice sits in water in order to allow the flower to imprint. This creates a vibrational/energetic product that is able to assist in healing what has been lodged in the body and psyche at every level of our soul.
Christen will formulate a flower essence combination after a zoom call that will help her understand what you are navigating currently in life. The essence comes in a dropper bottle, are ingestible drops and will be mailed to you.
Sessions are spaced a month apart, and a 3-month commitment is to allow your body to fully acclimate the energy shifts.
