Heart of the Sun Doula is a name that came to me through my own birth chart and the deeper path I have been walking.

I have a placement known as a cazimi in which my Mercury closely conjunct my Sun in Sagittarius. The term cazimi is an Arabic word meaning “in the heart of the Sun.” For me, this symbolism has become much more than astrology. It speaks to the way I experience my purpose: through intuition, communication, wisdom, and the illumination of something that is already waiting to be brought into the light.

Birth feels much the same.

A baby comes from the unseen into the seen. A mother crosses a threshold. A family is transformed. There is a moment when something that has been growing quietly within the darkness emerges into the light.

That is the Heart of the Sun to me—the place where life, love, consciousness, and transformation meet.

 This is woven deeply into my own astrological blueprint, where it has revealed itself as part of my life purpose—guiding me to consciously choose and embody every aspect of my path as the Cazimi Birth Oracle.  

 I see this as an invitation to listen beneath the surface, and to give language to what someone may already intuitively know.

As a birth worker, this feels deeply aligned with my role.

I don't believe I am the one who knows how someone's birth should unfold. Rather, I see myself as someone who listens, observes, holds space, asks questions, and helps illuminate the wisdom that already exists within the mother, the baby, and the birth process.

The Cazimi Birth Oracle is therefore not about predicting someone's birth.

It is about listening for what wants to be revealed.

Heart of the Sun Doula is the space I create for that revelation to happen—with warmth, presence, intuition, reverence, and trust in the profound intelligence of birth.
